Liongate Capital Management LLP (“Liongate”) is regulated by the FSA. As part of this, the FSA Conduct of Business Sourcebook 2.2.3R requires Liongate to include a disclosure of its commitment to the Stewardship Code (“Code”). As the Code relates to the governance and actions an investor may or intends to make with regard to investee entities, it does not relate to Liongate’s advisory services relating to fund of hedge funds. All investment vehicles advised upon by Liongate do not make direct investments into entities, and Liongate does not participate in the boards of investee hedge funds. Further, Liongate does not seek any management, equity or revenue participation in third party hedge fund managers of investee hedge funds. Due to this, Liongate does not intend to commit to the Code at this stage.
