Welcome to the Liongate Capital Management LLP Website (the "Site"). When you visit the Site, we may collect information about you which may not personally identify you but which may be helpful for improving the operation of the Site. Such information may be collected through "traffic data" and may entail the use of "cookies", "IP addresses" or other numeric codes used to identify your computer.
We may also collect personal data from you through the Site when you contact us for further information. Such information may be retained by us for general research purposes. We may, from time to time, send you further information relating to Liongate's (or any of its affiliates) products or services which we feel may be of interest to you. In addition, we may transfer your data to selected third parties where this is necessary in order to provide you with the information which you have expressed an interest in to your usual contact at Liongate or through this Site. You may notify us at any time if you wish to cease receiving this further information by contacting your usual contact at Liongate or by sending an email requesting this to info@liongate.com
As a means of processing your personal data for the purposes set out above, we may, if deemed appropriate, send the information which you provide to us to any of Liongate's affiliates located anywhere in the world where Liongate or our affiliates do business. We implement various security measures in relation to our processing and transfer of personal data. However, the nature of the internet is such that the data may in some circumstances flow over networks without full security measures and could be accessible to unauthorised persons.
Stewardship Code
Liongate Capital Management LLP (“Liongate”) is regulated by the FSA. As part of this, the FSA Conduct of Business Sourcebook 2.2.3R requires Liongate to include a disclosure of its commitment to the Stewardship Code (“Code”). As the Code relates to the governance and actions an investor may or intends to make with regard to investee entities, it does not relate to Liongate’s advisory services relating to fund of hedge funds. All investment vehicles advised upon by Liongate do not make direct investments into entities, and Liongate does not participate in the boards of investee hedge funds. Further, Liongate does not seek any management, equity or revenue participation in third party hedge fund managers of investee hedge funds. Due to this, Liongate does not intend to commit to the Code at this stage.
